Eisenhower Urgent Care - Palm Springs

We were visiting Palm Springs from Texas when both my partner and I fell ill. We visited Eisenhower Urgent Care and I’ll have to say, the experience couldn’t have been better. It seemed pretty busy but all the front desk personnel greeted everyone and seemed to have a smooth registration process. KUDOS to Joe who was very patient and professional when a patient seemed to be having a bad morning. When we were taken to the exam rooms, we met Kelly and Lindsay who were both so friendly and really down to earth. When the provider (Andy) saw us and talked to us about our swab results, he was genuinely concerned for how we felt and did an amazing job talking to us about the treatment plan and what prescriptions he was going to send in for us. He left the room and not even a couple minutes later came back and asked if we would be ok receiving some IV medications before we left. This really made the difference as he had already called in the medications we needed but wanted to make sure we got the treatment started ASAP, I couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate and caring team!! Thank you for treating us with such kindness! If we are ever here again and need some medical attention, we won’t hesitate to stop by!

I went in with body aches and almost no energy among other symptoms. Since we were from out of town, my doctor suggested I go to a well reviewed Urgent Care in the Palm Springs area. I am so happy that I found this place. The place was clean, the personnel were very caring and professional. With the tests done it was determined that I needed antibiotics. To jumpstart this they gave me an antibiotic injection and prescribed meds. Rite Aid is next door, a plus. They also tested for Covid and the flu. (Negative for both.) I can't recommend them enough.

Horrible bedside manners from both the female Hispanic nurse and the male physician. The male physician literally walked in with a frown on his face, and you could hear the arrogance under this monotonic voice. The nurse wasn’t any better by showing little empathy or patience. Terrible experience at this urgent care. Maybe they were burned out? If so then get out of the professional so they don’t make everyone else suffer with them. But they weren’t busy at all. The lobby was empty, and all the rooms were empty. Clearly they don’t care enough to make you feel being respected.

COVID protocol to a T. I was so impressed with this Urgent Care despite the time it took me to finally see a provider. I went here because I had a sinus infection. Did not have Covid but because I had some symptoms and had been exposed temporarily a week before to a Covid positive I was treated as potential. That means staying in a car and waiting your turn to come in. The room was extremely well ventilated and staff was suited up. After preliminary Covid rapid test came back negative, Dr Anne and I discussed my history of acute sinusitis and my symptoms for the past 10 days. Leaving with a RX for my issue was the BEST feeling.

I went in at around 3pm on a Saturday. I was the only one in the reception area. Check in went smoothly, I didn't even have a chance to sit down before I was called in. I waited less than 6 minutes before Dr. Andy came in the room. He was so incredibly professional and showed great empathy. I was incredibly impressed with the treatment and experience.
